Terms and conditions — SMS

1. Programme description

InRev Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates an SMS messaging service to send clients appointment confirmations and reminders for upcoming scheduled appointments, meetings, or calls. By opting in to this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to this SMS programme.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. InRev Limited does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, we will remove their details from our records immediately.

3. Who can opt in

This service is available to existing clients and contacts of InRev Limited who have provided a valid mobile telephone number and meet the age requirement set out in section 2 above.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on the number of appointments you have scheduled. You can generally expect to receive:

• A confirmation message when an appointment is booked or updated; and

• A reminder message 24–48 hours before a confirmed appointment.

We will not send unsolicited marketing messages via SMS.

5. Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network provider and plan. InRev Limited does not charge for sending SMS messages. Please check with your mobile provider if you are unsure about applicable charges.

For recipients in the United States and Canada: Msg & data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP.

6. Carrier liability disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile network provider. InRev Limited is not responsible for any failure to deliver messages caused by network outages, carrier issues, or incorrect mobile numbers provided by the user.

7. How to opt in

You can opt in to SMS confirmations and reminders by:

• Providing your mobile number when booking an appointment through our website or directly with our team; or

• Expressly confirming your consent via email, form, or verbal agreement.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement.

8. How to opt out

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us;

• Emailing us at [email protected]; or

• Informing your account manager directly.

Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS confirmations or reminders. You may opt back in at any time by contacting us.

9. Help and support

If you need assistance, reply HELP to any of our SMS messages or contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one business day.

10. Data protection and privacy (UK GDPR & EU GDPR)

We process your mobile number and appointment information in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and where applicable the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the details below.

11. Supported carriers (United States)

This SMS service is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all networks.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via SMS or email. Continued use of the SMS service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
